The basis for this data processing is article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. Netlify Inc. complies with GDPR, and I have signed a data processing agreement with them.
Forms on my websites use Netlify Forms to collect and store data. Any data you submit will be stored by Netlify Inc., along with your IP address (for spam prevention) and a timestamp.
The data will be used to respond to your request as outlined on the website. The data is not used to track you and not shared with anyone else. The basis for this data processing is article 6 (1) (f) and article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. Netlify Inc. complies with GDPR, and I have signed a data processing agreement with them.
I may use Fathom Analytics (“Fathom”) on my websites for statistical purposes. Fathom is a privacy-oriented analytics solution that does not track personal data.
Fathom collects basic data from each page view, including when it occurred, which site referred it, and whether it is a new session. This data is aggregated for statistical purposes and then deleted after at most 30 minutes. Most importantly, it does not contain any identifying information.
Fathom uses a cookie on your device to determine if you visited the website before and to count your visit accurately. This cookie is deleted after at most 24 hours, is not used to track you across websites, and does not transmit any identifying information.
Fathom respects the Do-Not-Track setting of your browser. If you prefer your visits to my websites to not be counted, please enable that setting.
I self-host Fathom on a virtual private server from Hetzner in Germany. It runs on the same domains as my websites.
